In 2003 I moved to the United Kingdom to get married. Since I've been here I chose to start my own business. Building on my degree in theology as well as my vast counselling experience, I earned a diploma in hypnotherapy from the prestigious College of Integrated Therapies, a diploma in NLP, and certificates in EFT (CC and ADV) that allow me to claim practitioner status in these tremendous fields. Along with these accomplishments my interest in energy therapies lead me to become a Usui Reiki Master. I am the author and creator of the Holistic Energy Technique - an amazing blend of energy psychology, NLP and Reiki. It's a powerful method of healing for the body, mind and spirit. I'm thankful for all my experiences and am dedicated to giving back to the Universe for all that it has blessed me with. I wish to do this by helping as many people as I'm able through my skills. It is my desire to help my clients obtain amazing results and awaken them to all the beauty life holds. I first became interested in energy healing about 8 years ago when I first heard of Reiki. Since then I have pursued not only Reiki but other healing arts with passion. I took courses alongside my husband to learn hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP. I also took courses in RoHun therapy (a psychotherapy which uses energy healing and intuitive diagnosis) and Life Coaching. I am very passionate about food and good, healthy eating along with natural weight management. I have an intermediate certificate in nutrition. I began my career in counselling fifteen years ago in California, USA after attending Biola University. My compassion and knowledge aided many people to achieve their desired goals. 
Completmentary Therapy and the Healing Arts have, for me, been a natural progression in my life. I've always been called to help people and I'm blessed to find my niche where I can call upon my life experience and use my skills to give other's a better, richer life.
